Workout Hacks Don't Work

  1. Sorry that I've been so MIA over the past few weeks!

    This is a great tip. I will fully admit that I've been guilty of not pushing myself super hard when I go to spin class. I also don't push myself as hard when I'm running by myself versus when I run with someone else. So it really makes a difference to be told that you can do this, whether by yourself or by someone else.

      Although, based on your latest blog, I don't think you need too much pushing from others. Even though you didn't PR, you're definitely training hard!!
