This is SO TRUE. Then, you have folks like my mother-in-law who are in terrible health and want an "easy button" - yet she refuses to take half the medication her doctor prescribes for her anyways because she disagrees with the diagnosis. So basically my MIL has created the worst of all worlds for herself. Sigh.
This really is the worst possible case senerio. Sigh. If she really doesn't agree with the diagnosis, why doesn't she see a second opinion doctor? I'm sure I'm preaching to the choir. What a nuisance.
