Hi! I'm Natalie.
I started this blog in 2013 as a way to motivate others to get in shape.
Having been 240 pounds at my heaviest, and working my way to becoming a group fitness instructor, I wanted people to know that anyone can do what I've done... anyone can improve their health and get in shape.
This is the story that started it all.
After I wrote my first post or two I thought, who wants to just read stories about weight loss? That's pretty boring. So I also started doing race recaps. You can read my first ever recap here.
Eventually, this blog evolved into me sharing everything about my fitness journey: the weird outfits I wear when I work out, the random thoughts I have when I run, the good food I eat post workout, and ... yes, sometimes I share my bad days too.
